how do you get on bridger.land

every time I type in the ip and hit done, it will enter, but every time it will say, can't connect to server, so i was wondering if there is a certain thing you have to do in order to join the server, do you have to be sub? or channel member, or staff, or anything like that?

I am pretty sure the server either was restarting, not open at this point in time or just very busy. I am on the server right now, so if you were to try and join now, it should work :)
