Alright, well make sure you change your hotbar with the edit layout option. If it doesn't work then yeah it's a bug.

I've noticed other players and it has happened to me once, you get stuck inside the blocks. I'll try to get a clip of it, it isn't a visual bug either because the player actually takes damage.

It doesn't state anywhere that the unbans are temporary. You are permanently unbanned I believe.
