Petition for a GLOBAL channel, I have multiple reasons.

1. Linguistic Variety
2. Allow people from different countries that aren't fluent in English to communicate.
3. Displays well on inclusiveness.
4. Is generally a good idea.

Good idea, but would need staff that speak said languages to keep everything under control!
