[PRISON] my 4x multiplier for 3 hours has been erased for the second time, near the start of its duration.

this happened not too long ago after a long period of maintenance, where it just dissapeared, but I wrote it off as an unlucky coincidence as I had the coins to purchase another one. Now that it has happened again, and I cannot purchase another, I am rather frustrated as it has lost me 30 bcoins.

To add to this, I clearly remember there being around 150 minutes or so left in the duration, and pausing it, only for me to log on a day later and it was just... gone. The same thing happened to me for the first time after a long period of maintenance, so I think that may be the cause. It is very frustrating for all my grinding for these 4x boosters to just be erased because I find the booster is just gone, repeatedly.
